This is a video shot in Hawaii with singer Jack Johnson and racecar driver/environmental activist Leilani Munter to talk about food waste and composting when on tour, at a school setting, and at a commercial scale. Film was shot at Lanikai Elementary Public Charter School, which uses hot composting and vermicast techniques for all their waste food and paper. It also visits Hawaiian Earth Products to learn about the opportunities and limits of commercial food waste composting on the island of Oahu.
