Compared to other food waste audit, the food waste audit conducted by Temple Terrace Farm2School took all the food waste collected to Rosebud Continuum Education Center, which have three big anaerobic digester. The kids witnessed the food scrape and food waste from their lunch dumped into the digester and glad they followed the Food Recovery Hierarchy provided by EPA.
