This Track What You Toss inventory holds consumers accountable for the food waste they generate, by tracking the amount, type, and frequency of uneaten food thrown away. The inventory includes a ‘Price’ column to educate consumers about the monetary cost of food waste and a ‘What could I do differently?’ section to encourage critical assessment of how to prevent unnecessary food waste.
