COMMERCIAL COMPOSTING GUIDE: Reduce waste, attract customers, and build a more sustainable future for DC. The goal is to promote commercial composting by providing a step by step guide to implementing a composting program in a business – be it a restaurant or an office building. The Guide provides case studies that document successes and stumbling blocks that businesses have confronted – and surmounted as they implement their composting programs. It represents over 2 years of work conducted by Sierra Club DC Chapter Volunteers.
