This document provides a checklist developed for cities and counties interested in helping to promote the Save The Food campaign. The Natural Resources Defense Council worked with Dakota County in Minnesota and the San Diego Food System Alliance in California to create this comprehensive list. This will be helpful for all cities and counties working on raising awareness of food loss and waste.
