In spring 2018, Li Zhu, a student from Patel College of Global Sustainability(PCGS), University of South Florida(USF) conducted a four-day Food Waste Audit in Turner/Bartels K8 when he did his internship in  Temple Terrace Farm2School(TTF2S), a non-profit organization, whose goal is ’empowers youth for health and success through hands-on agricultural experiences.’ With the help of volunteers from PCGS, the audit followed by the guideline of food waste audit (provided by EPA and USDA) was a success and this video shows an interesting interview between a 2nd grade student to a college student talking about food waste issue.
